The UN human rights office has issued a report now out on Reuters
- says supporters of Russian take-over of Crimea used systematic misinformation and exaggeration to create “climate fear and insecurity”
- says Ukraine must create a mechanism to involve minorities in decision-making at all levels of govt
- Ukraine should counter “hate speech”
- authorities in Crimea should immediately disband and disarm all paramilitary units
Now just watch the West’s leaders make the most of that headline.
