New sanctions against Gazprombank, Vnesheconobank, according to Reuters. Others include Novatex, Rosneft oil company as well as other energy and defense companies.
Probably bullish for oil on the kneejerk, doubt it lasts. Could see some flows into euros as Russians try to get their money out (via Cyprus, of course).
