Ukraine’s President confirms that 1200 rebels have crossed into the country from Russia. In the buildup to the move the chatter was that they were crossing with heavy armor and artillery.
It’s unclear who has crossed from Russia and which people were bombed by who but Ukraine says ‘tens’ of people were killed in a civilian convoy.
