Canada’s finance department releases new budget projections to reflect infrastructure spending changes … the government is updating federal infrastructure:
- 2015/16 surplus to be C$1.6bn (from the previous projection of 1.9bn published just two weeks ago, in the fall economic and fiscal update … and also to just a quarter the size of the $6.4-billion surplus the government predicted for 2015-16 in last spring’s budget!)
- 2016/17 surplus C$4bn
