- UK economy's potential growth has come down
- inflation pressure due to weakened GBP
- Bitcoin not an official ccy, more like a commodity
GBPUSD still underpinned and currently 1.3381 after it's sharp rise in NY session on hopes of an agreement on Brexit divorce bill, rumoured to be as much as EUR 55bln. Less than the higher amounts touted around previously but lot higher than UK first proposed.
The UK govt has played this down, with a source saying:
"Negotiations are ongoing. There is, as yet, no settlement."
