Kuroda says the Bank of Japan has not changed in its commitment to hit the CPI target as soon as possible
Also:
- no set ceiling to BOJ's monetary base
- does not expect average duration on BOJ JGB holdings to change much
More:
- BOJ not at point where it needs to consider exit
- BOJ will telegraph how it will exit when the prospects for achieving CPI target heighten
Following his earlier remarks:

- BOJ Governor Kuroda says Japan's economy is expanding moderately
there is a little yen strength being seen in Asia trade, EUR/JPY is off 30-odd points or so. not huge. but given Kuroda sounding his usual dovish self its notable.
