- Pandemic is still having big negative impact on the economy
- It will take a while for the pandemic to subside
- Inflation expectations are moving sideways
- Expects core inflation to move around 0% in the near-term
Some token remarks so far by Kuroda and I wouldn't expect anything material to follow given that the BOJ meeting was a rather non-event.
