Blanchflower vs Sentance has been a Bank of England twitter fight for the ages. It got nasty on the weekend between the two former MPC members before Blanchflower declared himself the winner.
Of course, Blanchflower has spent a lot of time studying economics but he clearly doesn’t know internet law. If he did, he would know Danth’s Law, which states “If you have to insist that you’ve won an internet argument, you’ve probably lost badly.”
In any case, the fighting continued until today when Blanchflower blocked Sentance.
