- been trying to flag issue of risky corporate debt
- when rates are low we need to be mindful of debt
- watching credit cards and auto loans carefully
- consumer balance sheets are in reasonably good shape
- structural factors are not as susceptible to monetary policy
- Not yet inclined to lower rates to deal with inflation
- some output sectors showing weakness from China slowing
- Don't have a bias to the next rate move being up or down
