Carney focused on regulation
Some comments crossed the wires from Carney but they related to reforms on ending 'too big to fail' and were vague. He said the BOE will publish its Open Forum program tomorrow.
Cable fell below 1.55 in a second day of selling today. The focus is on 1.5475 to 1.5780 which are the earlier lows. Last at 1.5494.
