In the veiled language of central bank speak, head of the US Federal Reserve Janet Yellen, just abused the **** out of the plonkers that want to unleash, once again, havoc on the recovering US economy:

At a press conference the next day, ... Yellen: "We have a good recovery in place that's really making progress, and to see Congress take actions that would endanger that progress-I think that would be more than unfortunate"
- Said the threat of a shutdown played "absolutely no role" in the central bank's decision to delay an interest-rate increase, it could very well become a risk going forward
Who'd be a central banker? If its not one thing its another.
