Bank of Japan decision due soon - expectations have swung to a 1.5% 10 year JGB ceiling

There is no firmly scheduled time for the Bank of Japan announcement and statement.

It's a good bet to expect it sometime in the 0230 to 0330 GMT time window based on past experience.

What to expect? It appears the Nikkei let the cat out of the bag overnight:

• BOJ to consider policy tweak to allow 10-year yields to exceed 1% -- report

• At least we know what the BOJ will do today: 10 year JGB yield to be permitted above +1%
• ICYMI: BOJ set to allow 10-yr Japanese government bond yields to rise above 1% ('sources')
