In experimentation, BOJ exploring option of potential institutional arrangements
That includes, but not limited to, division of role with the private sector

This is still something that seems a bit far away for now but as mentioned before, when one major central bank starts to formalise the adoption and blaze the trail, expect the others to follow rather quickly.
