European Central Bank President Lagarde is speaking at 1030 GMT, which is 5.30am US Eastern Time
It doesn't look like there will be comments from her on her economic, nor monetary policy, outlook given the occasion:
- the official unveiling of the new memorial plaque (International Holocaust Remembrance Day) in Frankfurt

We've heard from Lagarde, almost non-stop it seems, this week, as well as other ECB officials. The next policy meeting is February 2, a +50bp rate hike is baked in.
