Morgan Stanley is not expecting a rate cut from the Bank of England next week (meeting Thursday January 30)
- Market expectations are in favour of a cut, around 70%
MS though say they do not expect any cut at all from the Bank this year. They do say though that if there is a cut it'll be 'one and one'.
