BOE's Broadbent says that impact of no-deal Brexit is difficult to see

Nothing more from Broadbent. The BOE's base case scenario and forecasts hinges on a Brexit deal being done and though they have likely prepared a scenario for a no-deal outcome, there is no need to spread fear to markets just yet.

But it sends the message that the central bank very much has its hands tied until the Brexit outcome is sorted out.
