I think it’s a foregone conclusion that Hilary Clinton will win the Democratic nomination in 2016 if she runs (she probably will) but the Republican field is more wide-open.
What’s looking more likely is that Jeb Bush will run. On CBS’s Face the Nation on Sunday, George W Bush said there is a 50-50 chance he will run.
“I occasionally fuel the speculation by saying that I hope he runs. I think he’d be a very good president,” George W. Bush said, adding that his brother is “wrestling with the decision.”
Jeb Bush’s eldest son, George P. Bush, said on ABC two weeks ago that his father is “more than likely” to run for the White House and that the Bush family “will be behind him 100 percent if he decides to do it.”
