Meanwhile, Austrian chancellor Sebastian Kurz is also out saying that the discussions are proving to be "difficult" but "we can be very satisfied" with the results so far:
The "frugals" are the ones that need appeasing still with the Netherlands and Austria still holding out. One can say that they are grandstanding on the decision, but will eventually agree to a form of compromise at the end of the day. We'll see if that is the case though.
