• ECB could raise growth forecast in December
• Coming inflation fall may not be as steep as feared
• Toolbox not limited to asset buys
• Normalization will be gradual
• Would not be right for market to expect increase in asset buys
• Need to minimize market distortions

The EURUSD continues to waffle above and below the 100 and 200 bar MA at 1.1782-85 in a limited range. Currently trading back below the MA levels at 1.1777.
