His calm demeanour and conciliatory stance is so far being cheered on by risk assets, as equities and commodities are surging forward.

0730 GMT - ECB's Nou speaks in Ljubljana

She will be delivering the keynote speech at an international conference on risk appetite framework in banks.

0745 GMT - ECB's Nowotny speaks in London

Nowotny will be speaking at the Suerf conference on "Monetary policy normalisation: Scenarios and risks".

0800 GMT - Italy February industrial production

Prior release can be found here. Similar to the French reading above, a minor data point. But also one that adds to the general economic sentiment for the Eurozone.

0830 GMT - Fed's Kaplan speaks in Beijing

Dallas Fed head Kaplan will be speaking at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. There will also be a Q&A with the audience and media after.

0930 GMT - BOE's Haldane speaks in Melbourne

Haldane will deliver a lecture followed by a Q&A session thereafter.

1000 GMT - US March NFIB small business optimism index

Prior report can be found here. This is an index which measures the opinion of small businesses on the economic conditions in the country. A minor data point but one that has been solid and reflects business sentiment in the US.
