Fed's George says risks appear predominantly to the upside

• Says she expects continued moderate economic growth, tighter labor markets
• Sees inflation rising to 2 pct this year
• Sees 'predominantly upside' risks to her outlook
• Says monetary policy remains highly accommodative, fiscal policy is stimulative
• Says asset prices may have become distorted by Fed's balance sheet

George is at the more hawkish end of the Fed officials spectrum.

So, hawkish comments are expected from her. They don't seem far from the mark though
