That's political football
A German finance ministry paper seen by Bloomers says that lawmakers could speed up voting for any Greek deal but that Greece has to pass prior actions to get aid
They say that a Greek parliament vote is indispensable to the aid deal
It's something Dombrovskis touched on earlier and it is a big part of the process that member states would have to vote to ratify any deal in their own houses
That should be straight forward in most cases but there could be the odd hiccup in slotting such votes into parliament schedules. The bigger risk would be the Greek parliament voting on the deal (I dread to think how that might go)
