The firm will sack
- 5,000 people in France
- 5,100 in Germany
- 900 in Spain
- 1,700 in the UK
- 1,300 elsewhere
by mid-2021. These latest cuts were announced Tuesday Europe time.
There were already nearly 1,000 jobs cut announced prior to the crisis.
Ps. Boeing news, Norwegian Air Shuttle cancelled orders for 97 Boeing jets Tuesday also.
