Aso speaking in Tokyo on the cryptocurrency. I'm sure its just a matter of time before more governments introduce regulation on it. its already started - South Korea seem quite active on this front.
You can trade the thing through derivatives now .... this from earlier on futures pricing, more so to illustrate the two exchanges that offer them as the prices are way out of date (hey, blink and they're out of date, right?)
