The land scandal has taken a back seat in past days while we all focused on Sino-US trade issues
But, as that concern has ebbed (for now at least), back to Japanese politics!

- He has apologised for hurting trust
Says there was no report to the PMs office about the altered documents
USD/JPY is popping a little higher, new high for morning trade. Abe will be happy about the no report to the PM's office. Abe's popularity amongst the voting public has taken a sldie on the affair, this will come as a little relief.
