It is still early days in the recovery but with the US already talking about this, it will start to filter through to the rest of the world as well - particularly in economies that recover much faster from the virus crisis in general.
Japan is arguably still some ways off from approaching this topic but it will definitely be revisited at some point later in the year or early next year.
