  • 3.311M people quit a job in January vs 3.407m prior. The quit rate was 2.3% vs 2.4% prior
  • Separations rate 3.7% vs. 3.9% in December
  • Layoffs and discharges 1.2% vs. 1.3% in December

Jobs are opening up. I expect this number to explode to all-time highs in May, June or July. I could see it easily hitting 10 million.
