Kremlin just out with a few comments 12 April
- extremely important to avoid any steps that could threaten to raise tensions in Syria
- "de-confliction" telephone line between US-Russia is active and being used by both sides
- no phone call planned yet between Putin-Trump
- Russia closely following US statements about Syria
A bit of risk-on sentiment returning on the comments with yen pairs and core pairs all finding a few buyers after the earlier retreat.

Still very fragile out there though and I'd expect rallies to be sold still.
