Manchin statement coming on $1.75T reconciliation bill at the top of the hour

Sen Manchin hasn't publicly endorsed it yet

At 2 pm ET, moderate Democratic Senator Manchin will release a statement on the $1.75 trillion reconciliation framework. He hasn't endorsed it publicly yet and it's above his $1.5T red line.

There's a very high likelihood he endorses it here. Sinema will have to do the same and then I expect the infrastructure bill will advance in the House in short order.
