Markets aren't in such a good mood anymore
In 20 minutes the S&P 500 has fallen to 3354 from 3393. It will take another leg lower if Pelosi or Mnuchin gives the thumbs down.
There's also the chance they punt. The original timeline had until tomorrow afternoon so we might get to play this game again tomorrow.
