  • been trying to flag issue of risky corporate debt
  • when rates are low we need to be mindful of debt
  • watching credit cards and auto loans carefully
  • consumer balance sheets are in reasonably good shape
  • structural factors are not as susceptible to monetary policy
  • Not yet inclined to lower rates to deal with inflation
  • some output sectors showing weakness from China slowing
  • Don't have a bias to the next rate move being up or down
