More seriously … that is a chart of the Turkish lira dropping in price against the USD.

For the noobs (we all were once), if you find yourself reading headlines saying the Turkish lira is falling and then you look at that second chart (the more common way of representing the relationship between the US dollar and the Turkish lira) and ask yourself (or someone else) 'If its dropping why is the chart going up?' then its time to do a little more learning and a little less trading. Like I said, we were all noobs once, so no disrespect intended.
