The Chancellor of the Exchequer will announce the deepest spending cuts since WWII at 12:30 pm London time and the National Institute for Economic and Social Research has warned that these spending cuts may be too Draconian. The NIESR also says that the BOE should hold off on further economic stimulus until next year.
