The vote on the bill has been postponed
There was hope and talk that we would eventually get a vote in the late hours of Thursday but it doesn't look like it. Chances of the bill passing are sort of on the fence with Manchin being a key figure in all of this (Democrats can only afford to lose a few votes as such).
