US Speaker of the House of Representatives and one of the key players in the COVID-19 relief bill negotiations Nancy Pelosi
Pelosi in response the Trump refusing to sign the relief bill is quite keen to get on with it and send more cash to Americans.
It took 7 months of talks to get the bill passed through Congress and Trump has put it a halt to it. Pelosi will go along, but I imagine McConnell and his party will once again be the block on any expansion of the relief bill.
