Iran oil sanctions get tighter on May 2.
At this time last week, oil was surging but it reversed to end the week for a couple reasons: 1) Trump is pushing for more OPEC supply and the Saudis may want to work with them so long as the plan is weaken Iran. 2) Russia may be angling to produce more.
