There was chatter earlier, but OPEC has reappointed Secretary General Barkindo for an additional 3 more years.
It was also reported earlier that OPEC would extend the supply curbs for an additional 9 months and into 2020 on the back of weakening outlook for global demand growth and the relentless rise in output from America's shale fields.
OPEC has set December 5 as the next date for delegate meetings.
