- Russia will respond harshly but still open to constructive cooperation
- Russia is still open to strategic stability talks with the US
In case you missed it, the US expelled 60 Russian diplomats here yesterday. In terms of geopolitical retaliation, a mild one so far. But at least there is some form of action being taken. Markets not really paying too much attention though.
