Virginia Sen. Warner
Virginia Sen. Mark Warner is out saying that he expects the reconciliation plan will be around $2 trillion. Dem Senator has said that his number is $1.5 trillion. Arizona's Sinema (D) is also opposed to a big reconciliation plan.
The numbers are trending down from the $3.5 trillion initially proposed. What is decided is still up in air though.
