Reports out are saying that SNB acquires 90% of shares in the company
Landqart AG is a Swiss company that manufactures supplies high-security papers. They offer substrates for banknote, passport, and visa labels.
SNB says the 90/10 split will also acquire Landqart Management and Services - as the company holds the relevant patents for Landqart's activities.
The price for the acquisition of both companies is CHF 21 million.
