A report by the Munhwa Ilbo newspaper, citing an unidentified South Korean official

The report says that the two countries are discussing plans to announce an official end to the military conflict. Adding that when South Korea's president Moon and North Korea leader Kim meet next week, they will release a joint statement stating that they will seek to ease miliatry tensions and to end confrontation.

If indeed true, it certainly will do no harm to the improving risk sentiment in the market and geopolitical view towards North Korea in recent months.
