- North Korea appears to have stopped dismantling a missile engine testing site … amid a perceived impasse in negotiations to denuclearize the North
This sort of info (and some slightly more positive signs too) has been around ever since the 'deal' was reached. There does seem to be some progress but with no agreed inspection or verification procedures it is difficult to be certain how much.
