This was already preempted earlier here. The panel says that they are starting to see the number of infections spread but are still playing it down by saying that the overall situation is not the same as the initial outbreak seen in the country.
If anything, it reaffirms the narrative that the government still wants to continue on the path towards economic reopening unless the situation worsens more severely. That is a rather risky move and they will be hoping that the latest warning above will help.
