Daily thread to exchange ideas and to share your thoughts
Good day, everyone! Hope you're all doing well as we get the session underway. It's been a quiet start to the day so far with the yen and aussie being the only notable movers (not by much). Risk has rebounded as Asian stocks post solid gains following a dismal performance in trading yesterday.
In other news, England is now out of contention to lift the World Cup trophy as John Stones fell asleep for a brief second Mario Mandzukic scored in extra-time to put Croatia in the final for the first time ever.
How do you think the market will react later in the day to the U-turn in risk sentiment? Any views of the Brexit white paper that is to be published later and how it would affect sterling? Can Croatia defy the odds and beat France for the first time (no wins in five previous attempts) in the World Cup final this weekend? Share your thoughts/ideas with the rest of the ForexLive community here.
