The readings here are an indicator of short-term trends in the retail and wholesale sector of the UK economy. Retail sales balance holds flat for a second straight month as sentiment continues to be weighed down by Brexit uncertainty. Of note, retailers' investment intentions fell to its weakest reading since February 2012. Low-tier data though.
