Plans are to exempt travellers with two doses of the Covid vaccine from the need to quarantine from amber-list countries,
- by July 26, (first full week of the school holidays)

The relaxation would initially only apply to UK residents with access to the NH
but a deal to extend it to all citizens of the European Union is close
