- we have agreed most aspects of social security co-ordination
- UK has offered EU citizens right of return to UK if UK citizens can move around EU 27
- UK committed to inc withdrawal treaty directly into UK law
- UK will honour commitments made as a member but not yet at a stage of specifying which ones
- close to agreement with EU on nuclear issues
- UK disagrees with ECJ enforcement
That one's not going away any time soon.
