The bond market is quieter today but continues the slow march higher. US 10-year yields are up 1 basis point to 2.97%.

Despite Cramer's comments, the market is acting like 3% is everything at the moment. The US dollar is the top performer today and was the best performer last week as yields climbed.

At the moment, the stock market isn't too concerned with the S&P 500 opening slightly higher.
