- +1.7% q/q vs +0.7% expected
- Prior q/q +1.6% (revised to +1.7%)
Housing has hit a bit of a gully in the past few months. It could be nothing, it could be interest rates or something else. I think it's nothing but people tend to get awfully nervous about housing for some reason.
