Headline measures the change in number of applications for mortgages backed by the MBA during the week. Mortgage activity declined on the week with the long-term mortgage rate slipping by 1 bps to 4.40%.
Nothing much else to really gather from the release here as housing market conditions have been a bit more subdued over the past two months in the US.
